Tiffany Terry

Tiffany Hall Terry is the Director of Community Engagement at CARITAS.

Tiffany grew up living in and traveling to many different states and countries, which allowed her to encounter many different cultures and has influenced how she approaches community engagement. She studied sociology and applied research at Baylor University before moving to Richmond, VA where she graduated from The School of Theology at Virginia Union with a Masters of Divinity. After seminary, she served as the program director for The Micah Initiative, which connected more than 100 faith communities to Richmond Public Elementary Schools as volunteers.

Passionate about working with individuals and groups to actualize visions that benefit the community, her move to CARITAS was a natural fit. In her current role, Tiffany helps to organize thousands of volunteers every year. She has been recognized as one of the emerging leaders in the non-profit sector of Richmond.

On a personal note Tiffany treasures her time with her husband, Andrew, and her two-year old son, Langston. She serves on the board of Blue Sky Fund and enjoys attending local festivals, dancing and dessert.
