Kelley McCall

Kelley McCall is the Vice President of Leadership, Community and Resource Development at ChamberRVA.

In this role, she provides strategic leadership for membership, sponsorship, leadership development and placemaking efforts that further elevate RVA’s growing national reputation among young adults.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Kelley worked in outreach at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. She oversaw programming designed to enhance public understanding of the Fed and represented the Bank on aligned cross-sector community initiatives. Before that, she created and led the Fed’s corporate social responsibility strategy.

Kelley currently serves on the board of Partnership for Families, and as a volunteer mentor in Richmond Public Schools. Immediately prior to joining the Chamber in 2019, she served on the Chamber’s board of directors.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Virginia Tech, and her executive MBA from the University of Richmond.
